Piano master class with Pavel Gililov

Famous pianist Pavel Gililov will hold master classes for the Foundation's scholars on October 8 and 9.

Within the framework of the Music for Future Classical Music Academy, famous pianist Pavel Gililov will hold master classes for the scholarship holders of the Foundation on October 8 (Friday) and 9 (Saturday), from 4PM to 7PM. The master classes will take place on the first day - in the large concert hall named after Tatyana Hayrapetyan, and on the second day - at 409 Hall at Tchaikovsky Specialized Secondary Music School. The event is supported by the European Foundation for Support of Culture (EUFSC).

 

Master classes are open to students of musical institutions. Those applicants who didn't pass the scholarship competition can also be present at master classes as passive listeners.

 

Entrance to master classes is allowed only in masks.

Pianist Pavel Gililov conducts master classes throughout Europe and the Far East, and is also the chairman of the jury and artistic director of the International Music Competition "Telekom Beethoven" in Bonn. He is considered one of the most influential pianists in the world and has trained many musicians in the last decades.

Besides his soloist career, Pavel Gililov also devotes himself to chamber music, and since 1997 has been the artistic director of the International Chamber Music Festival "Sommerclassics”.
