The "Talented Armenia" concerts of the Foundation's scholarship holders held in Aram Khachaturian house-museum on October 27, 28, and 29, were the final chord for a one-month long "Music for Future" Classical Music Academy.

The "Music for Future" Classical Music Academy took place in Yerevan on October 1-30. It was organized within the framework of "Armenia" International Music Festival on the initiative of the "Music for Future" Cultural Foundation, and with the support of the European Foundation for Support of Culture and the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra.

Within the framework of the Academy, 20 world-famous musicians and professors, gave master classes to Foundation's scholars, young pianists and free listeners. Among them were famous pianists: Pavel Gililov, Vladimir Ovchinnikov, Remi Jeniet, Jean-Paul Gasparian, violinists: Gil Shaham, Dora Scwarzberg, Graf Mourzha, Fumiaki Miura, cellists: Steven Isserlis, Felix Korobov, Dmitry Yablonsky, flutist Maxim Rubtsov, and others.

All of them highly appreciated the organization of such educational events and expressed the belief that young performers can reach great heights, as they are in the center of attention of this Foundation. The master classes were organized and held in the concert hall named after Tatyana Hayrapetyan, at the P. Tchaikovsky Secondary Music Specialized School in Yerevan.

The "Talented Armenia" concert series is a unique summary-report of the master classes organized within the Academy in this month. During the three concerts, the young musicians presented their professional skills and the knowledge gained during the master classes within the Academy to the audience.

At the end of the concert, Sergey Smbatyan, President of the Board of Trustees of the Music for Future Cultural Foundation, Artistic Director and Conductor of the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, handed certificates to the young musicians for participating in the Academy's master classes.
