The Foundation announces a competition for the 2023/2024 Educational and Development Program

"Music for the Future" Cultural Foundation / Educational Program / Competition

The "Music for the Future" Cultural Foundation announces a competition for the 2023/2024 educational and development program for talented young musicians aged 10-16. Students from music and art schools and colleges of the Republic of Armenia in the following specialties can apply for the program: violin, viola, cello, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, cornet, trumpet, trombone, percussion instruments, piano, harp.


Applicants who have passed the competition stages will have the opportunity to participate in master classes with famous international musicians and artists free of charge and give concerts in Armenia and abroad, visit Armenian museums and foreign language oral speech development classes for free, receive invitations to concerts in Armenia organized by the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, and the best ones will also receive financial support.


The deadline for applying to the program is November 20, 2019. Applications are accepted online at the Foundation's website. via website by sending a request.

The foundation has been operating since 2019 and already has 32 scholarship recipients. The artistic director of the program is Sergey Smbatyan, artistic director and principal conductor of the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra. The foundation’s mission is to identify, educate, develop and support talented musicians who can become musicians of international standards and cultural ambassadors of our country around the world.
