"Music for Future" Foundation's scholar, young pianist Gur Sargsyan has participated in "Carles & Sofia" International Piano Competition and won Piano C-Gold Hands and Piano C-Best Rachmaninov Performance awards.

Gur Sargsyan studies at Al. Spendiaryan Specialized Music School in the class of honored teacher of the Republic of Armenia Hasmik Hakobyan.

Carls & Sofia is an International Piano Competition held in Spain. The winning prize of the competition is the Gold Hands prize. Every year, the competition pays tribute to the memory of legendary pianists. This year it was dedicated to the 100th birthday of the outstanding Spanish pianist Alicia de Larrocha. A special award is also given for the best performance of the composer. The competition is included in the world-renowned Alink-Argerich Foundation.
